Friends of the Clark County Animal Shelter, Inc. (FOCCAS) is a non-profit 501c3 organization that was formed by a group of volunteers in response to the emergency need for a transport vehicle to move animals from the Clark County Animal Shelter to the safety of approved animal rescues.
